The automatic teller machine 11 is provided with a coin handling part for inputting and outputting coins, a paper money handling part for inputting and outputting paper moneys and a customer operation display part displaying information to a customer and accepting the input operation of the customer. The teller machine 11 also provided with a main control part executing transaction restriction by controlling the coin handling part and the paper money handling part based on transaction control information designating the propriety of the handling of the respective cash handling items of coin input, paper money input, coin output and paper money output by each cash handling item.
