Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save labor by detecting the trouble of a device, storing trouble information, automatically transmitting the trouble information, automatically connecting to a telephone line and automatically calling a preset telephone for a person in charge of a maintenance, and informing the abnormality of an equipment to the person in charge of the maintenance. CONSTITUTION:A CIP unit 12, a storing part 17 and a telephone line communication control part 15 are provided. The CIP unit 12 detects the trouble of a device, the storing part 17 stores the detected trouble information and the telephone line communication control part 15 automatically transmit the trouble information to the person in charge of the maintenance and automatically connect the telephone line 3 to a telephone set 2 of the person in charge of the maintenance. Then, the trouble of the device is detected to store the contents of storing, according to the transmission of the trouble information and the connection to the telephone line 3, the person in charge of the maintenance is automatically called without the entry of an operator at the time of the generation of the trouble to inform the contents of the trouble. Thereby, the dealing time for the person in charge of the maintenance can be shortened to save the labor.
