Abstract:
To increase the accuracy of determining a left-untaken medium while suppressing power consumption in an automatic transaction device, a control method of the automatic transaction device, and a program.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device includes: a medium discharge part for discharging a medium; a medium detection sensor for detecting the presence or absence of the medium discharged at the medium discharge part; a first customer sensor and a second customer sensor for detecting the presence of a customer; and a control part for obtaining detection results of the medium detection sensor, the first customer sensor, and the second customer sensor, as well as causing the medium discharge part to perform the medium discharge operation. The control part operates the first customer sensor, operates the second customer sensor after the medium discharge part performs the discharge operation (step S5), and stops the operation of at least the second customer sensor (step S11) when the medium detection sensor detects that the medium discharged in the medium discharge part is exhausted (step S9:YES).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
