This apparatus comprises a control device FC having supervisory function to give an alarm by comparing the inputted signal manifesting the operational status of each apparatus with previously installed threshold values and an operation pattern storing memory device 23 storing operating patterns of each apparatus according to the kinds of processing raw oils and the character of products. The control device FC controls each apparatus according to the operation patterns (conditions) read out from the operation pattern storing memory 23 and modifies each threshold values according to the operation patterns.
