Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic tire valve inserting device for a tubeless tire, capable of smoothly inserting and mounting the tire valve without damaging the tire valve, a wheel, a push rod, etc., even when the boring position of a valve hole of the wheel, into which the tire valve is to be inserted and mounted is different in the radial direction and in the width direction of the wheel.
CONSTITUTION: In an automatic tire valve inserting device for inserting and mounting the tire valve into a valve hole Wa by a push rod of a valve press-in device through a process of detecting the valve hole Wa of a wheel W to be rotationally driven, and brake-stopping the wheel W in the specified position, a light emitting element 40 and a light receiving element 41 are provided in the facing position separated from the wheel W to be rotationally driven. The light emitting element 40 for emitting the detecting light to be radiated from the light emitting element 40, and to be transmitted through the valve hole Wa and the light receiving range of the light receiving element 41 for receiving the light are so constituted as to extend in the direction perpendicular to the peripheral orbit circle of the valve hole Wa.
