PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of leading-in of a commercial power source by rewinding toilet paper from a paper roll by a motor driven by a dry battery attached in a housing, lap-winding a prescribed number of sheets to a disk, and thereafter, cutting the paper.
CONSTITUTION: In a housing 11, a motor 38 driven by a battery contained in a battery holder 22 is attached. When a switch is closed, the motor 38 rotates, and from a paper roll R of a paper holder 14, toilet paper is rewound through between a drive roller 16 and a sub-roller 17. The paper is coiled to a pair of coiling shafts 18 provided vertically in a coiling disk 19. When prescribed lap winding is detected, the paper is cut by the cutter 20. When the front cover 12 is opened, the sub-roller 17 is interlocked with a link arm 21 and moved vertically, and a gap to the drive roller 16 is widened. From a take-out port E, cut paper is taken out. In such a way, a commercial power source becomes unnecessary.
