Abstract:
To provide an automatic tracking correction range optimization device capable of setting a deviation of a tracking position in an optimal correction range even if operation conditions are different.SOLUTION: An embodiment includes: deviation quantity calculation means for calculating a deviation quantity between a position of an actual significant point and a position of a significant point on a tracking for each detector for a significant point of a material; storage means for storing a value of an operation condition of the material in association with the deviation quantity; parameter table construction means for constructing a parameter table including a deviation quantity range corresponding to the value of the operation condition; correction range optimization means for, when another significant point approaches to the detector, extracting an operation condition similar to the operation condition of the material having the other significant point from the parameter table, and calculating a correction range of a position on the tracking of the other significant point based on the deviation quantity range associated with the extracted operation condition; and position correction means for outputting the deviation quantity of the other significant point as a correction quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
