Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device by eliminating necessity to integrate a scattered light source into the device by providing a display part for displaying a white picture when photographing the iris, image switching part for switching the white picture display and ordinary picture display on the display part, and control part for outputting a white image display signal to the image switching part.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a display part 11 for displaying the white picture when photographing the iris, image switching part 24 for switching the white picture display and ordinary picture display on the display part 11, and main control part 18 for outputting the white image display signal to the image switching part 24. Thus, when the white image display signal is outputted from the main control part 18 to the image switching part 24 together with an ordinary image signal, the composite picture signal to be outputted from the image switching part 24 to the display part 11 becomes a white picture output, sysynchronized with the picture signal. Corresponding to this white picture output, the display part 11 turns a CRT to a white picture and irradiates eyes 33a of a customer 33 with light. During this operation, the main control part 18 outputs a camera driving signal and synchronously with this signal, a camera control part drives a camera 13a and photographs the iris.
