PURPOSE: To speed up the trasaction operations of a customer who is used to the operations and a customer whose transaction contents is fixed by displaying the operation information for rapid processing on the screen of a display operation means when a rapid processing request information exists.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic transaction device 1 is provided with a box type body 2, a horizontal operation surface 3b is provided with an operation means 9 where a touch sensor panel and a color CRT are combined, and an operation procedure and other information are displayed on the screen of a color CRT by illustrated characters or words. When a batch input processing is performed based on rapid processing information, a main control part displays the batch input screen on the operation means 9. A customer can immediately perform the operations and inputs necessary for transactions, looking at this batch input screen. When the operation of the customer is completed, the telegraphic message transmission and reception of transaction information is performed based on the control of the main control part and a card is discharged to a card port 6 at a stage when the trasaction processing is terminated. The operability of the customer who is used to the operation is remarkabley improved.
