To provide an automatic transaction device capable of reducing burdens on a user and saving expendables such as detail slips or the like by respectively recording the data of an inter-account transfer transaction on the detail surface of a transfer destination account and the detail surface of a transfer origin account in a general account bankbook.

This automatic transaction device capable of the interaccount transfer transaction within a general account is provided with a recording means for respectively recording the data of the inter-account transfer transaction on the detail surface of the transfer destination account and the detail surface of the transfer origin account in the general account. That is, at the time of the inter-account transfer transaction within the accounts within the general account, transaction data are respectively recorded on the detail surface of the transfer destination account and the detail surface of the transfer origin account in the bankbook of the general account. Thus, the need of a separate bankbook entry transaction is eliminated, the burdens on the user are reduced and service to the user is improved. Also, since the need of printing recording to the detail slip is eliminated, the detail slips which are the expendables are saved and it is economical.
