Abstract:
PURPOSE:To relieve a gear-shift shock, by letting a coast brake operate only in time of requiring an engine brake effect utilizing a condition of engine load. CONSTITUTION:A second coast modulator valve 31 is installed in position between a second coast brake 17 and a 1-2 selector valve 30, a throttle hydraulic control valve 28, while the second coast brake 17 is engaged thereto only at a time when a speed is in a second speed step in 2 ranges and the throttle opening is substantiall zero. With this constitution, in a state of stepping on an accelerator pedal, when a power-on-up shift takes place, since the second coast brake 17 will engage with notching, a gear-shift shock at that time can be relieved.
