Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission capable of suppressing hammering noise or shift shock, in seamless shift.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission has a shift actuator capable of moving a low-speed clutch ring and a high-speed clutch ring in an axial engagement direction with movement toward an axial engagement side, and configured to allow movement toward an axial disengagement side. The automatic transmission is configured to, when moving the high-speed clutch ring in the axial engagement direction to perform upshift, engage a dog of a high-speed side relative rotor and a dog of the high-speed clutch ring at a predetermined axial position on the disengagement side with respect a perfect engagement position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
