Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit the automatic setting of trial running mode with a low cost by a method wherein the trial running mode of the operation of a combustion device and the like are selected by the combination of operating switch signals, such as the charging of the grain into a drier, drying, discharging and the like of the grain and the detecting signals of a grain flow detector.
CONSTITUTION: When the setting of trial running mode is desired prior to the starting of drying, a drying switch is put ON to wait. An operation control unit judges a condition that grain does not exist in a drier by an operating switch information and a grain flow detector and enters automatically the trial running mode. In this mode, conditions necessary for drying operation or the starting of motors in circulating system and fan motors as well as the automatic ignition of a burner are effected whereby burning condition is obtained. When a flame detector has decided that the burning condition can not be obtained, for example, or when fire is put off even though the burning condition has been obtained once, the flame detector detects it and indicates an abnormal indication on an operating panel. Further, the testing of abnormal conditions in respective parts of driving of a moisture detector, the confirmation of transmitting and/or receiving of signals and the like are included in the contents of trial running except the testing of the burner combustion system. When a grain flow detector is put ON, the mode enters an operating mode normally.
