CONSTITUTION: Inside the bottom part of the car body 21 for transporting the powdered substance, which is closely enclosed by a trunk board 22 and a panel board 23 having, in the lower bottom part, a gentle downward slope with a much smaller tilt angle than a rest angle of the powdered substance toward the discharge port 26, the airing boxes 51 having an angle α equivalent to the rest angle of the powdered substance on the upper surface thereof and the cap-shaped cross section are arranged in plural lines are fixed by fitting metals 56 in such a manner that the lower ends 52 thereof touch actually or seemingly the inside surface of the bottom part of the car body 21. And, the one end part 53 of the airing box is blocked up by a blocking board 54, while the other end 55 thereof is formed so that it has a bleeder 55a to the tilt board 57 of the panel board part having an angle α equivalent to the rest angle of the powdered substance and is fixed.
