To provide an automatic vibration device for heavy equipment and its method which improve the workability of stop operations, since the device can select on a monitor plural vibration signals combined together in advance according to the requirements for operations at issue, stored and displayed on the monitor, and vibrate the actuator according to these selected signals.
The device is equipped with a vibration signal selection means for selecting on a monitor most suitable actuator vibration signals for present operational requirements from among a plurality of these signal groups combined in advance according to operation modes, by which to select actuator vibration signals, and vibration modes, by which to select the selected actuator's amplitude and frequency, stored and displayed on the monitor, and with an automatic vibration signal output switch for outputting or removing the selected vibration signals.
