PURPOSE: To obtain a recording and reproducing learning device which operates while discriminating accurately between the learning at the recording time and the learning at the reproducing time and repeat voice automatically.

CONSTITUTION: To a microphone 1, a voice memory circuit 3 and a recording and reproducing control circuit 5 connected in a link form are connected, or a delay circuit is connected directly, and they are composed interlocking or a speaker 2 through an amplifier 4. The recording to a headphone is operated by a sound volume switch 5a, they recording contents are reproduced in order by taking the timing of the voice finishing, and after the reproducing is finished, they are made allowable to restore to waiting condition by a resetting circuit. Consequently, the conditions of permitting the recording and in the reproducing can be displayed clearly and discriminated accurately, by the ON/OFF display of a display lamp.
