Abstract:
To provide an automatic warehouse that allows maintenance mechanics or the like to safely walk along its running rail between its racks.
An automatic warehouse has between its running rail 24 and one rack 21 a feeder trolley 28 and a speed control dog constituted of middle- speed cut dogs 29 and 31, an HP high-speed cut dog 30 and an OP high-speed cut dog 32, and has between the rail 24 and the other rack 22 a passage 34 in which workers are allowed to walk. The warehouse also has a gate door 27 in a safety fence 25 arranged at the side of the other rack 22 near the HP- side end of the rail 24.
