Abstract:
To provide an automatic welding equipment that eliminates the need for special setting from a welding power unit.
A controller 1 applies given welding conditions to a logic table 2, deciding command to give to a welding power unit 3. Then, it presets, in the welding power unit 3, a selection whether a base current is to be an unitary mode or a fixed mode, base current value, arc characteristic value, pulse width of a welding current/voltage, and presence/absence of penetration control. Consequently, the need is eliminated for special setting from the welding power unit.
