Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic winder capable of reducing power consumption while minimizing the deterioration of operation efficiency.SOLUTION: When there occurs a long time standby state/low operation rate state relating to the supply of a fine spinning bobbin B from a fine spinning machine 2, a long time standby state/low operation rate state relating to the doffing of an auto doffer 70, or some abnormal state, power supply to a driving source for driving a prescribed operation member of each winder unit 40, or to a driving source for driving a prescribed operation member of the auto doffer 70 is reduced or stopped. Each driving source is particularly a stepping motor. Each operation member is a member which is driven by the stepping motor and requires positioning control.
