Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain winding tension in an appropriate value corresponding to a remaining yarn quantity even after ending is executed at reduced pressing tension at completion of winding by making a pressure reducing pattern after completion of ending operation at completing winding different from that during ordinary winding.
SOLUTION: A pressing tension value V at the time t5 finding out a yarn defect is memorized, a tension value is decreased from the maximum pressing tension value (S+X) at clamping to the memorized pressing tension value V at the time t5 finding out the yarn defect since a FW signal is set ON, at a first inclination (a) radically pressure reducing, and it is reduced from the pressing tension value V at a second inclination (b). Hereby, at the time te completing winding, the tension value can be made the minimum pressing tension value U, and even when ending is executed during pressure reducing at the second inclination (b) at completing winding, winding tension can be held nearly constant similar to the case of not ending.
