To provide an automatic winding device capable of automatically performing a series of processes from supply of a core to pulling out of a winding roll, and an automatic processing system capable of automatically performing pillow packing to box packing.

The automatic winding device comprises a core supplying means for supplying the core on a winding means, a tip fixing means for fixing the tip of a strip material to the core, the winding means for forming a winding roll by winding the strip material on the core, a winding length measuring means for measuring length of the strip material wound on the core, a strip material cutting means for cutting the strip material near the winding roll when the winding length measuring means detects the winding of the strip material by a predetermined length, a terminal fixing means for fixing the terminal of the strip material onto the surface of the winding roll, and a winding roll pulling means for pulling out the winding roll.
