Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the operation of a ventilating fan to be minutely controlled in response to variations in temperatures and gas concentrations in a room where a user of the ventilating fan is present.
CONSTITUTION: The title device is provided with a temperature detecting element 4 for detecting temperatures in a room 1, a gas concentration detecting element 5 for detecting gas concenrations in the room, a temperature measuring means 6 and a gas concentration measuring means 8 for measuring detection outputs from these detecting elements at every predetermined period of time, and a variation calculating means 7 for calculating variations in temperatures and gas concentrations at every predetermined period of time on the basis of the values measured by these measuring means. Further, the device has a control rule storage means 10 for storing control rules based on experiences and an amount-of-exhaust computing means 9 for regulating the operation and stopping of a ventilating fan 2 and the amount of exhaust by executing fuzzy logic computations of variations in temperatures and gas concenrations, which are calculated by the variation calculating means 7, on the basis of the control rules by the control rule storage means 10.
