Abstract:
To provide an automatically switching device capable of winding a web in such a way that most parts of it from winding start to winding end can be used for products, and automatically switching winding shafts.
Before a winding device 12 provided with two winding shafts 13a and 13b, an accumulator device 3 to temporarily accumulate the web 1 traveling toward the winding device is disposed. In addition, close to the winding device, a paper splicing unit 22 to cut the web 1 wound around one winding shaft 13b, and wind it around the other winding shaft 13a is provided. Switching between the winding shafts is conducted as winding of the web by the winding device 12 is temporarily stopped.
