Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an automobile Cu added high strength Zn Ti plated steel sheet excellent in stability after working and corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This automobile high strength Zn-Ti plated steel sheet is a one in which, on the surface of a low carbon steel sheet contg. 1.0 to 2.0wt.% Cu, a Zn-Ti alloy plated layer contg. 3 to 60wt.%. Ti, and the balance Zn is formed by 1 to 60g/m2. Preferably, the substrate of the Zn-Ti galvanizing layer is applied with Ni preplating by 0.05 to 3g/m2 and the upper layer of the Zn-Ti plating layer with galvanizing by 0.1 to 10g/m2.
