To provide an automobile provided with a slope of simple operation and excellent convenience by composing it in such a way that a car body rear part is automatically dropped by interlock with a slope member dropping action.

A device comprises a suspension mechanism 13 by which car body height can be adjusted, a slope member movable between a contained condition in a car room and a slope forming condition in which its tip gets in contact with the ground, an ECU 30 to control action of the suspension mechanism 13 to drop a car body rear part based on a detection signal from a slope extension detection sensor 10 which detects extension of the slope member from the contained condition, and a control valve, so action of the suspension mechanism 13 is controlled to automatically drop the car body rear part by interlock with extension of the slope member to make the slope forming condition.
