PURPOSE: To provide the maximum cooling effect with less capacity of a solar battery by activating a fan by means of the solar battery at parking to feed open air from the part beneath a seat into the interior of a car through the seat cushion having permeability.
CONSTITUTION: When the sun's rays B are intensified, a solar battery 8 which is fit to a sunvisor 7 converts them into electric energy to generate high power. At parking a parking switch which coincides with a key switch is closed so that the high power is supplied for a Silocco fan 9 to increase the revolution number thereof. The amount of the open air which is supplied by the fan 9 is thereby increased. The open air from an open air inlet 10 which opens beneath the vehicle is kept cool because not heated by the car body and opens a check valve 11 to run through a air duct 13 and then passes through suction pores 4b1 in a seat cushion 4b and a cushion member 4b2 into the interior of the car from discharge pores 4b3. Some of the open air is discharged from discharge pores 4a1 in the high back 4b of the seat.
