To provide an auxiliary absorptive article having thin thickness, where a level difference is small and the feeling is less uncomfortable when it is used by being lapped over an absorbent article etc., and the liquid reversion is inhibited and so it hardly gives wet feeling after the liquid absorption.

The auxiliary absorptive article comprises a first sheet 41 and a second sheet 42 as absorbent bodies, and a polymer sheet 4 composed by including water-absorbing resin powder 43 which is fixed with an adhesive between both sheets 41, 42. An existing area 44 of the water-absorbing resin powder 43 and a nonexisting area 45 are formed between the first sheet 41 and the second sheet 42, and the nonexisting area 45 is a part of domain inserted between both ends 4a and 4a in the width direction of the polymer sheet 4 and both these ends 4a and 4a. In the nonexisting area 45, the first sheet 41 and the second sheet 42 are joined so that both these sheets 41, 42 do not peel if the polymer sheet 4 is in a wet condition.
