Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the degree of color-matching under the condition near a printing state by oppositely disposing a roller wound with a film for confirming the degree of color-matching on a plate cylinder, rotatably mounting the roller on a movable part of a hydraulic cylinder, and bringing it into contact with a surface of a plate cylinder by a predetermined pressing force.
SOLUTION: The color-matching confirmation auxiliary device 22 comprises a roller 26 on which a film for confirming the degree of color-matching is wound, and a hydraulic cylinder 30 such as an air cylinder or the like rotatably mounted at an end of a rod 28 as a movable part of the roller 26. The device 22 also comprises a slide rail 32 isolated at a predetermined interval from a plate cylinder 12 and extended parallel to a lengthwise axial direction. The device 22 is slidably mounted on the rail 32. With such a constitution, the roller 26 can be moved along a lengthwise axial direction of the cylinder 12. And, confirmation of the degree of the color-matching at each part of the cylinder 12 can be easily executed.
