CONSTITUTION: The power from an engine 12 is transmitted to a generator 14 and a compressor 24 for cooler from the output pulley of an auxiliary driving device 10 through a belt, and the auxiliary driving device 10 is provided with a function for changing the rotational speed of the engine around a prescribed rotational speed and transmitting it to the auxiliary, and a function for shutting off power transfer in the inside so as to give no transmission of engine rotation to an output pulley at the time of acceleration.
