To provide the auxiliary driving mechanism of a hybrid vehicle securing an action of auxiliaries regardless of a traveling condition, and smoothly switching power transmitted from a traveling motor and power transmitted from an auxiliary driving motor.
This mechanism is provided with a driving force pick-up mechanism (20) picking up a power from a traveling drive system (D), and an auxiliary machine (11) is connected to the driving force pick-up mechanism (20). A first one-way clutch (C1) capable of transmitting a power only to the auxiliary machine (11) is interposed between the driving force pick-up mechanism (20) and the auxiliary machine (11), and an auxiliary driving motor (auxiliary motor 12) is connected to a side opposite to the driving pick-up mechanism (20) of the auxiliary machine (11). A second one-way clutch (C2) transmitting a power only to the auxiliary machine (11) is interposed between the auxiliary machine (11) and the auxiliary driving motor (12).
