The auxiliary massage tool has a pair of bendable connected band bodies 14 and 15 with one ends respectively connected to armrests 6 and 7 on right and left sides of the chair type massager 1 with a massage mechanism massaging the back side built in a seat back 2, and massage tool bodies 12 and 13 connected with other ends of respective connected band bodies. Each massage tool body 12 and 13 can be used in at least one use position of a first use position of being placed on a seat part 3 and massaging a thigh part rear side, a second use position of being placed on a thigh and massaging a thigh part front side, and a third use position of being placed on an armrest and massaging the forearm part.
