PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling works and maintenance/inspection by locking the front face of a switch section wherein the recessed section of a base is engaged with paired projection sections on the side face of the switch section, by means of a U-shaped spring.
CONSTITUTION: A switch is made up out of a switch section 2a wherein the recessed section 4a of a base 4 is engaged with paired projection sections 2c on the side face of the switch section, and of a U-shaped spring 5 which locks the front face of the switch section 2a by the bent sections 5a at the tip ends of the spring inserted from the outside to the bottom of the base 4. When the switch section 2a has to be replaced in a limited short time at a work site where an auxiliary switch which is made up as described above, is set up, the switch section can easily be mounted and/or demounted through the side-to- side movement of the bent section 5a of the spring 5 by means of finger nails even when no screw driver is available, the switch can thereby be used as the auxiliary one easily maintained.
