Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle exchanging device for continuous casting, in which a sealing material can be used to a sliding surface, in the nozzle exchanging device for casting to quickly exchange the nozzle during casting.
SOLUTION: This nozzle exchanging device for continuous casting, is provided with a holding metal frame 5 arranged at the bottom surface of a molten metal vessel so as to hold the nozzle 4, spring parts 6 arranged so as to be faced by interposing the nozzle 4, plural plates 7 connected with the spring parts 6 and energized to the upper direction, a guide rail 14, a pusher 9 and a driving device. The spring part 6 is composed of an upper spring holding part 64 and a lower spring holding part 63 interposing the spring member 61 disposed so as to be shrinkable/extendable in the vertical direction to the sliding surface 41 of the nozzle 4, at the upper part and the lower part. The upper spring holding part 64 is regulated to the movement in the upper direction by abutting on a slide frame 10 and the lower spring holding part 63 is pivotally supported with the one end of the key plate 7, and the abutting position in the upper direction to the slide frame 10 and the upper spring holding part 64, is changed by shifting the slide frame 10 while linking with the pusher 9.
