To provide an Awamori or Moromi (unrefined) vinegar with Hirami lemon in which ingredients of Hirami lemon are included by pickling a squeezed residue of Hirami lemon in Awamori or Moromi vinegar.SOLUTION: By pickling a squeezed residue obtained after squeezing Hirami lemon as juice, in Awamori or Moromi vinegar to extract ingredients of Hirami lemon into Awamori or Moromi vinegar in order to add the aroma and nutritive value of Hirami lemon to Awamori or Moromi vinegar to enhance the efficacy, thereby evoking demand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
