Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function by retaining a member supporting the intermediate section of a sheet and a bracket, by which the front end of the sheet is overhung, in specified height through a sash bar.
SOLUTION: The awning instrument is composed of a sash bar 1, a rolling screen 2, an intermediate support member 3 and a bracket 4. Flutes are formed on both side walls of the inside of the bar 1, and a plurality of lateral bracings communicating with the flutes are formed into the bar 1 at regular intervals. The member 3 and the bracket 4 are slid in the flutes through projections formed in and sections. The height of an awning sheet 21 is adjusted in such a manner that the grip of a horizontal muntin 42 is grasped, the sheet 21 is lowered up to desired height, the bracket 4 is made horizontal while using a bracket base section 32 as a shaft, and the projection of the base section of the bracket 4 is retained into the lateral bracings of the bar 1. The angle of overhang of the sheet 21 is adjusted in such a manner that the member 3 is moved to the desired places of upper and lower sections and pushed to the outdoor side, and the projection of the support member 3 is engaged into the lateral bracings of the bar 1. Accordingly, the awning instrument can be adjusted manually, and anyone can assemble the awning instrument simply because of simple structure.
