Air from a blade, having a flow similar to a centrifugal blower is discharged from an opening part 16a being led to an upstream internal peripheral side 16b of a delivery duct 16 via a peripheral side of a reverse flow preventing plate 17 from a clearance 19 between a blade 15 and the reverse flow preventing plate 17, and flows along a squeezed internal peripheral well 16c of the delivery duct 16. Accordingly, by providing the reverse flow preventing plate 17, air flowing in the upstream internal peripheral side of the delivery duct 16 is prevented suction to a central part of a blade (e), as in the conventional technique, a short-circuit phenomenon can be prevented from its generation, so that reduction of an air delivery discharged from the opening part 16a can be prevented.
