Abstract:
To provide an axial gap motor capable of improving detection accuracy of a rotation detecting element.SOLUTION: A rotor 30 includes a rotation shaft 31, a plate-like rotor core 32 fixed so as to be perpendicular to the rotation shaft 31, and a magnet 33 provided in the rotor core 32. The magnet 33 includes a main magnetic flux portion 34 that is provided on a side surface 32a on the side of a stator 20 of the rotor core 32 and faces a teeth 24 in the axial direction and a sensing portion 35 that is provided in a through hole 32c formed in the rotor core 32 so as to penetrate the rotor core 32 in the axial direction and axially opposed to a rotation detecting element disposed on the side opposite to the stator of the rotor core 32. The sensing portion 35 is provided in a range inside the outer peripheral side end portion 24b of the teeth 24 in the radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
