This baby buggy frame comprises a supporting frame 1 including a supporting seat 3, a connecting member 15, a front-wheels supporting pipe 11, a rear-wheels supporting pipe 12, a front-wheel set 13 and a rear-wheel set 14, having the connecting member rotatably arranged between the front-wheels supporting pipe and the rear-wheels supporting pipe and connected to each of the front-wheel set and rear-wheel set at each of the lower ends of the front-wheels supporting pipe and the rear-wheels supporting pipe, a seat part supporting frame 4 rotatably arranged on the supporting seat and having a pair of connecting seats above it, engagement members arranged between the seat supporting frame and the supporting seat so as to prevent the seat supporting frame from being turned above the supporting seat when it is engaged at a position setting location and returned to cause the seat part supporting frame to be moved away from the position setting location and freely rotated, handle pipes 10 rotatably arranged at both sides of the seat part supporting frame, and a releasing means 5 arranged between the handle pipes and the engagement members.
