Abstract:
To provide a back grind tape which is superior in absorbency of unevenness, which has a satisfactory adhesive force, and which is hard to leave an adhesive residue on an adherend after its peeling.SOLUTION: A back grind tape comprises: a sheet-like base material; and an adhesive layer formed on one face of the base material. The adhesive layer is composed of a cured product of an adhesive composition, and has a thickness of 50-500 μm. The adhesive composition contains a polyurethane, a (meth)acrylate monomer, a polyfunctional thiol, a photopolymerization initiator, and a surface active surfactant. The polyurethane includes a polyurethane having a skeleton including a polyoxyalkylene polyol-originating structure and a polyisocyanate-originating structure, and having a (meth)acryloyl group at a plurality of terminals. The surface active surfactant is a polymer having a fluoroalkyl group. The adhesive composition involves 0.1-3 mass% of the surface active surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
