Abstract:
To provide a butting member positioning device for a back gauge, which makes it possible to position a butting member appropriately and easily relative to sheet metals of various shapes.SOLUTION: A processing program generation device 30, as a butting member positioning device for a back gauge, comprises: a work shape data acquisition unit 321 that acquires shape data of a sheet metal (a work W) to be bend-processed; and an L-axis direction position determination unit 322 that, when respective leftward and rightward positions for the butting members 151-1, 151-2 of the back gauge for bend-processing the work W are determined with respect to the shape data acquired by the work shape data acquisition unit 321, determines respective forward and backward positions of the butting members on the basis of the leftward and rightward positions and the shape data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
