On the end face in a transmission direction of a plurality of light-emitting optical fibers 10, light-guide optical fibers 15 made longer along an alignment direction of the plurality of light-emitting optical fibers 10 and made capable of guiding light-source light received from a light source 13 into the light-emitting optical fibers 10 are arranged in close contact with each other.
