To provide a device that accurately examines the breath by eliminating the variation with time of breath blown out to a gas sensor.
The parallel circuits of piezoelectric buzzer BZ and resistance R7 are connected with the positive pole of the battery power source 1 and the output port P18 of a microcomputer 5, and the piezoelectric buzzer BZ sounds when the microcomputer 5 lowers the level of the output port P18 to get energized from the battery power source 1. The microcomputer 5 allows the piezoelectric buzzer to sound at the termination of warming-up from the time t1 when the power source switch SW is operated till the time when the gas sensor 3 is heated up to the specified temperature. The variation over the passage of time can be eliminated for accurate examinations as the sound of the piezoelectric buzzer BZ informs of enough breath blown out to a gas sensor.
