The bag for the attachment of the cargo shipping slip has a rectangular bag main body 1 which is formed of a film and which has an opening 2 defined at one of lateral sides thereof, and a flap 4 which seals the opening 2 in an openable manner and which is integrally provided to the bag main body 1. Further, a mounting strip 5 having at its forward end a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 9 covered with a peelable piece 10 is integrally provided on the other lateral side of the bag main body 1, which has no opening.
