To close a boiling bag by the string binding connection which can be rapidly and easily formed.
This bag 1 comprises folded-in corner parts 1a and 1b and a center part 1c folded thereon, and a string 3 having two free ends 3b is fixed to the center part 1c. The string 3 is passed through a hole from one side of a head part 6, and returned after forming a ring 3d arranged on the other side of the head part, and both free ends 3b are pulled through the ring placed on the edge of the head part 6 of the boiling bag 1 from a lower part to form a knot 11. Two holes 8 and 9 arranged in the head part 6 with intervals in the right-and-left direction of the axis in the longitudinal direction of the bag 1 communicate the corner parts 1a and 1b with the center part 1c, the string 3 is passed through the holes 8 and 9 so as to form the rings, the formed rings 3a, 3b and 3c are located on the edge of the head part 6, and both ends of the string 3 are passed through the rings from the lower part to form the knot 11 fixed in a doubled manner.
