PURPOSE: To provide a bag holder for a refuse box which can be stably and widely used in spite of the thickness size of a refuse box edge by arranging an external locking part on the holder, arranging elastic drawing parts on both sides of the external locking part, and arranging internal locking parts having refuse bag holing hooks in the other end parts of the drawing parts.

CONSTITUTION: A bag holder 1 for a refuse box is formed by bending an elastic metallic wire. An external locking part 2 is constituted in a downward projecting shape in an almost central part of the bag holder 1 for the refuse box. Drawing parts 3 are extended in both directions from the external locking part 2, and internal locking parts 4 are arranged downward from both end parts of the drawing parts 3. Respective tip parts of the internal locking parts 4 are upward bent, and refuse bag holding hooks 5 are arranged. The bag holder 1 for the refuse box is set in a refuse box edge part in a condition of being bent so that the external locking part comes to the outside of the refuse box and the internal locking parts 4 come to the inside of the refuse box. It may be used by hooking holes of a hand hold part of a polyethylene shopping bag on the refuse bag holding hook parts 5.
