Abstract:
PURPOSE: To select a suitable other packaging material and former or a designated article by specifying one of designated articles and formers being fitted on a packaging machine or packaging materials.
CONSTITUTION: When an article is designated by a touch panel 56, or the data for a packaging material S which is installed in a bag making/packaging machine 1 or a former 10 is input, a micro-computer 50 collates the data with respective data of other articles, packaging materials S or formers 10 being stored in a special-purpose storage circuit for reading 53, and the number or pattern of a corresponding article and packaging material S, or the size of the former 10 and storage location, etc., are displayed on a display 57. At the same time, the other two which are suitable are selected out of the articles, packaging materials S or formers 10 by lighting display lamps 61, 71 on storage shelves 63, 73.
