Abstract:
To provide a bag-making device capable of suppressing occurrence of dew condensation in a bag-making unit as much as possible.CONSTITUTION: There is provided a bag-making device for bag-making a belt-like packaging film in a cylindrical shape, that is used for a reverse pillow packaging machine that packages a product (frozen food) 13 having a lower temperature than an ambient temperature. The bag-making device comprises: a bag-making unit 25 for making a bag so as to upwardly locate both side end edges of the packaging film while supplying the packaging film from below; and spraying means 40 for spraying air to an outer bottom surface of the bag-making unit. The bag-making unit arranges a linear protrusion 50 extending to a downstream side from an upstream side on an inner bottom surface 45 thereof with a predetermined interval in a direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction. The predetermined interval is made narrower than that of the product. A space is formed between the product and the inner bottom surface in a non-formation area of the protrusion while supporting the product with a plurality of protrusions. A low temperature of the product is hardly transmitted to the bag-making unit to suppress occurrence of dew condensation by setting the formed space as a heat insulation space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
