To provide a method for making a shrink film into a bag while firmly bringing the joining parts of a film at a laser irradiation place into contact with each other while applying a laser beam to the joining parts to unite them when a laser welding technique requiring no ageing is adapted in order to bond the joining parts of the film in a cylindrical shape.
The bag making method of the shrink label has a film winding process that winds the shrink film 1 around a columnar member 2 having a stepped part 3 having height almost same to the thickness of the shrink film in a state that one side 5a of the shrink film is hooked with the stepped part and brings the back on the other side 5b of the shrink film, which is arranged on the side of the high surface 7 of the stepped part, into contact with the surface on one side of the shrink film arranged on the side of the lower surface 6 of the stepped part and a thermal welding process for throwing the laser beam 10 on the region 9 of the joined part 8 of the shrink film and scanning the same along the direction 18 of the joined part to thermally weld the joined part.
