Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making and packaging machine which molds a film pulled out from a film roll into a cylindrical shape with a former, neatly molds the film with the former in an easy manner, and achieves high reliability.SOLUTION: A bag making and packaging machine includes: a film roll holding part; a conveyor belt; a former body; movable rollers 14; an air cylinder 15; and a first control part. The film roll holding part holds the film roll. The conveyor belt conveys a film pulled out from the film roll. The former body molds a sheet-like film conveyed by the conveyor belt into a cylindrical shape. The movable rollers are disposed between the film roll and the former body in a film conveyance direction, contact with the film conveyed, and guide the film. The air cylinder generates force for pressing the film at the movable rollers. The first control part controls the air cylinder so that the movable rollers exert a constant force on the film being conveyed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
