Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the working and simplify the device by winding and sealing a bag body to be layed in a box body after removing air from the bag body in a state where respective flaps formed on another side opposite side portion of the box body are raised.
CONSTITUTION: A box feeding conveyor 2 for conveying a cardboard box A to be fed from a filling process of a device front step toward the box feeding direction and a box elevating mechanism 3 for lifting the cardboard box A fed in the box stopped position on the box feeding conveyor 2 to the suitable height are provided. And a bag winding mechanism for winding an input port of a packing bag B covered by respective flaps of the cardboard box A and a box stretching mechanism 5 for stretching the input port of the packing bog B back and forth while being wound are provided. Moreover, a bag air removing mechanism 6 for removing air by pressing the input port of the packing bag B right and left while being stretched and a bag winding mechanism 7 for winding the input port of the packing bag B in air removed state are provided, and the device comprises a bag insertion mechanism 8 for inserting the bag into the front and back spaces of the cardboard box A in the wound state.
